Established in 2014, Tranquility Spa and Wellness has been a trusted name in luxury relaxation and rejuvenation, first operating at the prestigious Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. For nearly a decade, we provided exceptional spa and wellness services, offering a sanctuary for our clients to unwind and rejuvenate.
As of February 2025, we have relocated and are excited to announce our new chapter at the Birkin International Hotel Melaka. While we have bid farewell to our previous location, our commitment to delivering the same high-quality services and premium experiences remains unwavering. Our newly opened spa continues to offer a full range of treatments, including massage therapies, facials, and wellness rituals, designed to cater to your mind, body, and soul.

Mr. Bhuwan Phaiju is a founder and Chairman of Tranquility Spa, the largest chain of Spas in Nepal. He has been in Spa & Wellness Industry for last 17 Years and worked in numerous Spas in different luxury Hotels and Resorts.
Suresh Puri
Executive Director
Mr. Suresh Puri has been working in Hospitality sector for last 17 Years and he has been extensively focusing on providing hospitality related training. While working with Swiss affiliated college, GATE, he coordinated and provided training and employment to more than 1,500 youths from different part of the World.
Khem Dhami
Managing Director
Khem Bahadur Dhami is a Certified Hospitality Trainer by American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute ( AHLEI) and graduate, with honors degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He has years of experience in academic institutions at Nepal together with Employment Fund & Helvetas Nepal, CTEVT and National Skill Testing Board NSTB.

Graduate in degree in Hospitality Ms. Prakriti Dhami has almost a long experience in the Spa industry too. Ms. Prakriti is our Area Spa Business Development Manager and has been a part of our family for the past 3 years. She provides wonderful customer service to our clients and takes care of the needs of our staff. Ms. Prakriti’s leadership skills and her professional organizational attitude have helped Tranquility Spa & Wellness to scale to a greater height. She groomed up from a flight attendant steward to a Hospitality degree with an international internship at 5-star hotels in Malaysia. Her passion, dedication, and determination have led Tranquility Spa & Wellness to a winner in the ASEAN Standard spa Award 2023-202
Rajesh Phaiju
Ayurvedic Treatment Expert
Mr. Rajesh Phaiju has completed Diploma in Panchakarma & Ayurvedic Massage Therapy from PVA Ayurvedic Hospital & Nursing Centre, Kerala, India which has been developed as a Spa destination. Mr. Phaiju has also worked in the Ojus Ayurvedic Hospital & Reserch Center, Kathmandu where he had opportunity to work with senior doctors and share his knowledge with them. Mr. Phaiju has been playing very important role to develop the Curriculum for spa related training and committed to teach Ayurvedic Therapy to young generation in Tranquility International Beauty & Spa Academy, TIBSA.
